All orders are confirmed via payment of the indicated deposit.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide the correct link(s) to Duality Lifestyle and thereafter confirm that the link(s) indicated in the quote and the screenshot image(s) of the item(s) shown in the quote match and are correct.
Duality Lifestyle does not take responsibility for the wrong item and will not offer returns, refunds, exchanges and for any incorrect items.
Duality Lifestyle does not search for websites and recommend products to its clients. Our core business is to provide one way shipping service from USA to Kenya.
Landed cost is the cost from our USA facility to Duality Lifestyle’s Nairobi facility. Delivery from our Nairobi location to the customer’s location is available at an additional fee.
To facilitate dispatch, the balance is payable upon arrival of goods in Nairobi. NO GOODS WILL BE DISPATCHED UNTILL THE FULL BALANCE HAS BEEN SETTLED.
Duality Lifestyle only ships items that have been purchased through Duality Lifestyle on behalf of the client through the “buy on my behalf” service.
Duality Lifestyle offers the “buy on my behalf” service to its clients and does not charge extra fees for this service.
Meaning of “buy on my behalf” – where Duality Lifestyle makes the payment to the seller on the client’s behalf once the client has confirmed the order with Duality Lifestyle by paying the indicated deposit amount to Duality Lifestyle. It excludes any other types of interaction by Duality Lifestyle with the seller (such as product details, suitability, technical details etc.).
Duality Lifestyle does not search for and recommend products to its clients. Any such engagement must occur between the client and the seller directly.
It is the client’s responsibility to engage with the seller for all product details and product suitability confirmations prior to engaging with Duality Lifestyle for its “buy on my behalf” and shipping services.
Duality Lifestyle does not engage with sellers on client’s behalf (except for only when making the payment on the client’s behalf to the seller after the client has confirmed the order with Duality Lifestyle by paying the indicated deposit amount to Duality Lifestyle) as this is not within their scope of work. At this point, Duality Lifestyle assumes that the client has taken the responsibility to carry out the necessary due diligence to confirm that the products they are ordering fall within their required technical needs and suitability.
Once an order has been placed returns, refunds, or exchanges are not possible.
